Contact us
One email address, answered by a person. No phone tree, no contact form, no automated sequence waiting to enrol you. Write to us and you will get a written reply within one working day, from someone who has already looked at your site.
The first thing we check is whether your destination market is still free. We work with one retreat center per market, so that answer comes before anything else.
How do I contact Ayahuasca Growth Partners?
Email support@eclmedia.agency. That is the only contact route, and it reaches a person rather than a queue. Include your center name, your website and the destination country you operate in, and you will have a written reply within one working day telling you whether your market is still open and what we would look at first.
Start the email
Pick the reason and we will fill in the subject line
Each of these opens a message already addressed and titled, with a short prompt in the body. Delete anything that does not apply. A blank email is the most common reason a good enquiry never gets sent.
Is my market still open?
The fastest question to answer, and the one that decides whether the rest of the conversation is worth having. Tell us your country and region.
Email about availabilityFree visibility report
Where you rank today, whether ChatGPT and Perplexity name you when asked about your country, and the first three things we would change.
Request the reportBook a growth call
Forty minutes. We pull up your destination live, show you where you sit today, and name the first fix. No deck and no retainer pitch on the first call.
Ask for a timeBranding or consulting only
Naming, identity, photography direction, pricing, calendar design, screening flow or the integration offer, without a search engagement attached.
Describe the projectPress, podcasts and partnerships
Journalists, podcast hosts, integration therapists and directory operators. We answer questions about this industry’s marketing on the record.
Get in touchSomething else entirely
Working at a center and not the owner, opening next year, or not sure what you need yet. Write anyway. We will tell you honestly if we are not the right people.
Just email usMake the first reply useful
Six lines that turn a reply into findings
If your email contains these, our answer contains real observations about your center instead of questions back. Most enquiries take three exchanges to reach this point. Yours does not have to.
- Center name and websiteSo we can look before we answer. This is the one that matters most.
- Country and regionSacred Valley is a different market from Iquitos, and both are different from Guanacaste.
- Seats per retreat, retreats per yearTwo numbers that set the size of everything we would recommend.
- Current average occupancyRoughly is fine. It tells us whether this is a marketing problem or a pricing one.
- Where bookings come from nowDirectories, referral, your own site, or you are not sure. All three are common answers.
- What is actually bothering youEmpty shoulder season, wrong guests, directory fees, or a competitor outranking you.
What happens next
From email to answer
There is no sequence, no drip campaign and no chasing. If you go quiet we assume the timing is wrong and leave you alone.
You write
Any of the templates above, or just a plain message. Six lines is plenty.
Two minutesWe look before replying
Your search positions, your site’s technical state, and what ChatGPT and Perplexity currently say when asked to recommend centers in your country.
Same day, usuallyYou get a written reply
Whether your market is free, two or three things we noticed, and what we would do first. If we are not right for you, this is where we say so and point you elsewhere.
Within one working dayA call, if it is worth one
Forty minutes, screen shared, your destination pulled up live. Only if the written exchange suggests there is something here.
Your choiceWhere we work
One retreat center per destination market
We will not take two clients competing for the same queries. That means availability is genuinely finite, and it changes. Email and we will tell you the current position for your destination in the first reply.
| Destination | What we cover | Availability |
|---|---|---|
| Peru | Sacred Valley, Cusco, Pisac, Iquitos and the Ucayali | Email to check |
| Costa Rica | Guanacaste, Nicoya, Puntarenas and the Central Valley | Email to check |
| Mexico | Tulum, Oaxaca, Baja and the Riviera Maya | Email to check |
| Portugal | Alentejo, Algarve and greater Lisbon | Email to check |
| Netherlands | Amsterdam and surrounding provinces | Email to check |
Working somewhere not listed, such as Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia or Spain? Write anyway. We open new markets when the right center asks.
A fair question
Why there is no phone number
Because a useful first answer cannot be given live
To tell you anything worth hearing we have to look at your site, check where you rank in your destination, and ask three AI assistants what they say when someone requests a recommendation in your country. That takes an hour, and none of it can happen while you are holding the phone.
A call before that work is done is a scheduling conversation dressed up as a consultation. You have had those. So the first exchange is written, it contains findings, and the call comes afterwards if the findings justify one.
There is no form either. Forms exist to feed automated sequences, and we do not run one. Your email arrives in an inbox and a person replies to it.
Before you write
How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one working day, written by a person who has looked at your site first. If your destination is already taken by another client, that is the first line of the reply rather than something you find out after three calls.
Do you work with more than one center per country?
No. One center per destination market, so client sites never compete against each other for the same query. Availability changes, which is why the first thing we check when you email is whether your market is free.
What if my market is already taken?
We will say so immediately and we will not try to sell you something adjacent to fill the gap. If you want, we will note your details and tell you if the market reopens. Branding and consulting are sometimes still possible, since neither competes for search positions.
What languages do you work in?
English and Spanish. Most guest facing content is written in English because that is where the booking intent sits, but Spanish language local presence matters in Peru, Mexico and Costa Rica, and we handle both.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes, and we will send ours if you would rather use a standard one. Occupancy figures, pricing and calendar plans are commercially sensitive and we treat them that way whether or not anything is signed.
I am not the owner. Should I still write?
Yes. Retreat managers, integration leads and marketing coordinators write to us often. We will tell you plainly what we would need from whoever holds the budget, so you are not stuck relaying half an answer.
Do you charge for the first reply or the call?
No. The first reply, the visibility report and the forty minute call are all free. The first paid step is the audit, which is a fixed fee, takes two weeks, and produces a document you could hand to another agency if you decided to.
One center per market
Find out whether your destination is still free
Six lines is enough. Center name, website, country, seats, retreats a year, and what is bothering you. A written reply within one working day.
