Where this policy says “we”, “us” or “our”, it means Eclipse Marketing LLC trading as Ayahuasca Growth Partners. Eclipse Marketing LLC is the data controller for the information described here.
This policy applies to ayahuascagrowthpartners.com and to the services we provide: search engine optimization, AI search visibility, social media management, website and visual design, and marketing consulting, together with any email or text message communication you choose to receive.

Information we do not collect
- We do not knowingly collect health information, and you should not send us any. Our clients are businesses. We are not a health provider and we do not process guest medical records.
- We do not take payment card details on this website. Payments, where applicable, are handled by third-party processors who are responsible for that data.
- We do not collect information from anyone we know to be under 16 years of age.

Mobile information sharing

Information sharing with subcontractors engaged in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties except aggregators and providers of the text messaging services.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We disclose information in these situations only:
- Service providers. Companies that host this website, deliver our email and text messages, run our customer relationship management system, process payments and provide analytics. They act on our instructions. Our customer relationship and messaging platform is provided by HighLevel Inc., which operates the LeadConnector service.
- Professional advisers. Accountants and lawyers, bound by confidentiality.
- Legal and regulatory. Where we are required by law, court order or lawful request, or where we need to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
- Business transfer. If Eclipse Marketing LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will tell you if that happens and if it changes anything material.

Under PIPEDA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
How to exercise a right
Email info@eclmedia.agency with the request. We will verify who you are before we act, which usually means confirming from the address we already hold. We respond within 45 days where US state law applies and within 30 days where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, and we will tell you if we need an extension.
International data transfers
We operate from the United States and our service providers are largely based there. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws differ from those in your country. Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with any additional safeguards required.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and then for as long as we are required to keep it for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Engagement records are typically kept for seven years after the engagement ends. Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out, and opt out records are kept indefinitely so we can honor your choice.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information and the law requires it, we will notify you and the relevant authority within the required time.
Children
Our website and services are directed to businesses and to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
